Strength training on the Fit 4 Home TF3003C
When setup we found the TF3003C very stable. The finish on the frame was very good too. The best feature was the sheer range of different exercises covered. The raised dip platform is a great addition, and great to develop strength and mass in the chest before progressing to heavier weights. The lat pull down and leg press area add to what is a great all rounder. 80kg of weights also make this a decent long term multi gym.
